Process of Admission to MBA Program
Eligibility for Admission to 1st Year for Maharashtra State Candidates
The candidate,
- Should be a citizen of India;
- Should have passed minimum three-year Bachelor’s Degree awarded by any of the Universities recognized by University Grants Commission orAssociation of Indian Universities in any discipline with at least 50%. marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least 45% in case of candidates of Reserved categories, economically weaker section and Persons with Disability Candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) or its equivalent;
- Should have obtained non zero score in MAH-MBA/MMS-CET conducted by the CompetentAuthority or Common Admission Test(CAT) conducted by Indian Institute of Management or Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT) Conducted by National Testing Agency or Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT)conducted by Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur or Entrance Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) conducted by the Association of Indian Management Schools or Management Aptitude Test (MAT) Conducted by All India Management Association or Graduate Management Aptitude Test(GMAT) Conducted by Graduate Management Admission Council, United States of America.
- Any other eligibility criterion and requirement declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act. The MBA aspirants need to follow the eligibility criteria and requirements declared from time to time by the appropriate competent authority.
Eligibility for Admission to Direct Second Year (Lateral Entry) of Full time MBA Program
The candidate,
- Should be a citizen of India;
- Should have passed B. E. or B. Tech or BBA or BMS (4 Years);
- Any other eligibility criteria and requirement declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act The aspirants need to follow the admission procedure prescribed by Govt. of Maharashtra, State Common Entrance Test Cell, M. S., Mumbai for successfully enrolling themselves into MBA program.
MBA Admission Process to the Department
Step 1
Online registration for the Entrance Exam (MAH MBA- CET, CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA or CMAT)
Step 2
Appearing and Successfully Clearing the Entrance Exam
Step 3
Document Verification and Uploading of Documents
Step 4
Filling up the option form as a part of Centralized Admission Process (CAP) rounds of admissions
Step 5
Reporting to the College allotted to you
